REFUND AND EXCHANGE

As a policy we do not provide refund or accept returns on any product sold. We allow exchange if you receive the incorrect product or if the product is damaged during transit.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT :

If your order is damaged during transit, we will assist with repairing or replacing the product. In this scenario, we will require an unboxing video and images of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, after which we will not be able to provide return or replacement. We might request you for additional information and photos of the package to escalate this with the shipping partner.

RETURNING A PRODUCT

In case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please send us images of the item and package at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Once our team verifies the product photos, we will send you the procedure to return the product on your registered E-mail .

We require the product to be packed exactly in the same way that it was received, with all original packing material and any gifts intact. To be eligible for exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Return courier charges to be borne by the customer.
